The Tohoku University piano club has been running since 1999. The club's name 'Semplice' comes from the Italian word, in reference to music being performed in a simple manner. The club has four main performances throughout the year: in Spring (with freshmen students), Summer, University Festival in Autumn, and a graduation concert around March.
