Challenge and Creativity: A Special Lecture by MIT Media Lab's Hiroshi Ishii

Tohoku University is proud to welcome Professor Hiroshi Ishii of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Media Lab, back to Sendai, for a special lecture on the potential of AI and the impact of advanced information technologies on our future.

Ishii is best known for his ideas on tangible bits and radical atoms, and for pushing the boundaries of creative human-computer interaction. He will be joined on stage by Professor Taro Igarashi, a specialist in urban architecture at the Graduate School of Engineering.

Please note that the lectures will be held in Japanese.

The event is free, but registration is required, so please follow the instructions below.
