Recruitment Notice: International Collaboration Coordinator

This position offers a unique chance for someone with an advanced science degree to nourish and cultivate joint research with the top universities across the globe, such as the University of Cambridge and the University of Chicago.

Working under the supervision of the Advanced Institute for Materials Research's (AIMR) director, the job holder will coordinate and promote international collaborative projects in liaison with scientists and administrative staff in Japan and overseas.

Additional duties may include assignments to promote international academic exchanges. Those who are highly motivated and possess a passion for bridging research from diverse disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Position: International Collaboration Coordinator
Location: Tohoku University's Katahira Campus
Qualifications:

-A master's degree or above

-An academic background in any field of natural sciences or engineering

-Excellent written and verbal communication in Japanese and English with the ability to communicate in a scientific setting

-Time management skills with the ability to work under a demanding schedule

-A willingness to work in a team
