This program is for students who are living independently and struggling financially to continue their studies, because their income from part-time employment has dropped since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Such students are eligible - upon application and screening - to receive a cash payment from the government. The first round of this programme ran from May through June.

Students who applied in the first round will automatically be screened again together with the new applicants, so there's no need to reapply.

Two-step Application Process

Step 1:
Submit the online application form using DCMail.
Deadline: Applications must be received by July 15, 2020.
Students should submit the online application form as soon as possible, before sending the required supporting documents by post. This is to facilitate the screening process.

Step 2:
Submit the required supporting documents by post.

After submitting the online application, students must print out the forms below and send them by registered mail together with the supporting documents specified in the online application.
