Assistance Secretary General WANG Fu-li and representative committee members at Northeastern University in China officially visited Executive Vice President Ueki for International Affairs and Legal Affairs on February, 12(Thu) 2009. After general greeting, the meeting for discussing China Scholarship Council, Chinese Government Scholarship and project for researcher exchange was held. Beneficial information was exchanged. The exchange between Tohoku University and Northeastern University has started with agreement on exchange department level (Graduate School of Information Science and Graduate School of Environmental Studies) and both universities have been developing active exchange.
