Professor Miyazawa, at Graduate school of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University, was awarded 2009 Prize of Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science.
The awarding ceremony was held on May 20th during the 63rd Annual Congress of Japanese Society of Nutrition and Food Science at Nagasaki. This prize is established to award a researcher who made an outstanding achievement.
Professor Miyazawa was highly recognized for his achievement in lipid researchers in the field of food science.
