Associate Professor Yoshiaki Kanamori at Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University received Outstanding Performance Award at the 26th Symposium on Sensors, Micromachine, and Applied Systems by The Institute of Electrical Engineers Japan (IEEJ.)

 His research paper “Fabrication of Subwavelength Gratings on Silicon Micro Lenses for MEMS Scanners at Optical Communication Wavelengths” has been praised.
