Professor Teruo Miyazawa at Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University, was awarded the ANDO MOMOFUKU PRIZE
Professor Teruo Miyazawa at Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Tohoku University, was awarded the ANDO MOMOFUKU PRIZE for his research in "Studies on Lipid Peroxidation in Human Body and its prevention by Food Factors". The ANDO MOMOFUKU PRIZE was established in 1996 by Honorary Doctor ANDO MOMOFUKU who is the founder of Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. and the inventor of world-famous instant noodles named "Chicken Ramen", to award a researcher who made an outstanding achievement in innovative food product development and related fundamental researches in food science field. The award ceremony will be held at Hotel New Otani Tokyo on March, 2010.
