2010 The Japanese Pharmacological Society Prize
Associate Professor Takahiro Moriya at Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Tohoku University has received 2010 The Japanese Pharmacological Society Prize. The JPS Prize is awarded to promising researchers for their outstanding achievements in pharmacology. The reason to be awarded is Associate Professor Moriya’s research “The entrainment of the mammalian circadian clock via the induction of Period genes.” The presentation ceremony has been held at Osaka International Convention Center on March 17, 2010.
