The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) Outstanding Paper Award
A paper written by Professor Seiji Samukawa at Transdisciplinary Fluid Integration Research Center, Tohoku University was selected for Outstanding Paper Award from the Japan Society of Applied Physics. The paper’s title is “Two-Dimensional Si-Nanodisk Array Fabricated Using Bio-Nano-Process and Neutral Beam Etching for Realistic Quantum Effect Devices,” and was published in Japanese Journal of Applied Physics (Vol.48, 2009, 04C187).
The presentation ceremony will be held at the 71st Fall Meeting in Nagasaki University on September 14, 2010, and the commemorative speech will be on the following day.
