Associate Professor Tsuyoshi Tsuduki receives Young Investigator Award from ICoFF
Tsuyoshi Tsuduki (Associate Professor, Graduate School of Agricultural Science) was chosen to receive the Young Investigator Award.
He discovered that 1-deoxynojirimycin extracted from mulberry suppresses lipid accumulation in white adipose tissue and liver.
Therefore, 1-deoxynojirimycin may be useful as a medicine and health food supplement.
