Professor Masayuki Yamamoto received the 2011 Uehara Prize
Professor Masayuki Yamamoto at Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine has received the 2011 Uehara prize from the Uehara Memorial Foundation. The Uehara prize is awarded to active scientists for their outstanding achievements in Life Sciences, especially studies for health promotion, disease prevention and treatment. The reason to be awarded is “Clarification of Response Mechanism against Toxicity in Oxygen and Foods”.
