Professor Hideo Ohno at Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Center for Spintronics Integrated Systems, Tohoku University has received the Outstanding Achievement Award from The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP). The reason to be awarded was “Study on Semiconductor Spintronics”. The award ceremony and the special lecture was held at the JSAP 59th Spring Meeting on March 15, 2012.
