A research group led by Professor Tomokazu Matsue and Assistant Professor Yasufumi Takahashi at WPI Advanced Institute for Materials Research, Tohoku University and Professor Yuri Korchevc at Imperial College London has successfully visualized the structure and the chemical concentration of cell surface on a nanoscale level without damaging a cell at the first time in the world.
