A research group led by Professor Hideya Nishiyama and Associate Professor Hidemasa Takana of Institute of Fluid Science, Tohoku University was awarded the Visualization Society of Japan Prize for their research titled Dynamic Progression and Micro-bubble Emission in Discharged Bubbble Jet at the 24th Visualization Society of Japan General Assembly held in Tokyo on July 24, 2012.
