Successful activation of bound entanglement useful in new quantum information and communication technology
A research group led by Professor Keiichi Edamatsu and Research Fellow Kaneda of Research Institute of Electrical Communication, Tohoku University has succeeded in the first time activation of bound entanglement in distillable form with promising uses for quantum information and communication technology.
