High-speed video camera taking movies at 10 million frames per second successfully developed

A research group led by Professor Shigetoshi Sugawa of Graduate School of Engineering, Tohoku University, in cooperation with Shimadzu Corporation, (Headquarters: Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto), has jointly developed a high-speed CMOS image sensor. Shimadzu Corporation released the high-speed video camera product "HyperVision HPV-X" with the image sensor on September 3, 2012.
