3. Application Periods

Please obtain the package by contacting the Student Residential Affairs Section, Student Services Division (ref. 7). For undergraduate course examinees, we will enclose an information packet in our student recruiting catalogue.
If there is an opening for a room during an academic year, an announcement may be given for application of residents. In such case, information will be provided on related bulletin boards in each undergraduate department.

4. Submitting Application

Permission to reside in the dorm will be given by the University based on the "Application for Residence" submitted by those wishing to live in the dorm. The permission is only given to those who submit the document in a certain format that the university determines.

5. Selection of Residents

The selection of dorm residents is held based on the"Application for Dorms" and "Guarantee Statement" as well as the financial situation of each applicant.

6. Others

Each residence facility has its own character because it is operated independently based on autonomous policies.
The University makes its best effort to ensure that each facility is operated appropriately. Nevertheless, in some cases, some students have been compelled by other residents to participate in certain activist organizations or to drink alcohol against their will.
The applicants should carefully consider that fact during application by consulting with parents and guarantors.
