Information for Tohoku University Commencement Ceremony

Date and Time：March 26, 2024

・For graduate students: 9:40 a.m.
(Doors open at 8:45 a.m., please be seated by 9:25 a.m.)

・For undergraduates: 11:30 a.m.
(Doors open at 10:45 a.m., please be seated by 11:15 a.m.)

Venue: Xebio Arena Sendai (map)

Separate ceremonies will be held for graduate and undergraduate students (about 40 minutes each).
Parents and guardians are welcome, but may have to stand if all the seats are filled.
Please refer to the seating chart in the program and follow the instructions of the staff.
If you require special arrangements, you should get in touch with the Office of Educational Affairs at your faculty or graduate school by early March.
Please be appropriately dressd for the ceremony (formal attire is recommended).
