The Tohoku University Futsal team has won the first prize in the 10th All Japan University Futsal Championship, held at Maishima Arena in Osaka from August 22-24.

The team beat Ritsumeikan University to take the championship for the first time. They came in 2nd last year and 3rd in 2012.
