Tohoku University's popular 100-yen breakfast campaign is headed to Seiryo campus next week. From May 27 - 31, students there can have the specially priced breakfast at Seiryo Cafeteria or take away a bento.
This week-long event will feature nutritious dishes such as mackerel, tofu, vegetables with black vinegar sauce and homemade curry.
Period: May 27 - 31, 2024 (weekdays only)
Time: 7:50 - 8:50 a.m.

A meal card or student ID is required.
This round of 100-yen breakfast is sponsored by Tesco Co. Ltd. , a medical equipment company, through the Tohoku University Fund.
Tohoku University began this 100-yen breakfast programme in spring 2021 as a way to "fill the hearts and stomachs of students" and support those financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The programme has grown significantly in scope and popularity over the years and continues to be an important part of the Tohoku University Alumni Association's "Support Student Life!" campaign.
