This year's fall commencement ceremony will be held on September 25 at Kawauchi Hagi Hall. It will be an in-person event for all graduating students, and family members are welcome to attend.
As always, there will also be a live stream of the ceremony.
Date: Monday, September 25, 2023
Time: 1 p.m. (doors open at 12 noon and everyone should be seated by 12:45 p.m.)
Dress code: FormalVenue: Tohoku University Centennial Hall (Kawauchi Hagi Hall)
Address: 40 Kawauchi, Aoba-ku, Sendai City
Parking is extremely limited so please take public transport. The nearest subway stations are Kawauchi and International Center.
All attendees should be appropriately dressed. Large items, such as luggage, will be not allowed into the venue.
Students who require special assistance should contact the Academic Affairs Section of their faculty or graduate school before the end of August.
