There will be an orientation session for new international students on Tuesday, October 2 at Kawauchi Hagi Hall. The event will be in two parts.
Part I: Booths from Supporting Organisations
From 5:45pm, student and community organisations will introduce their activities at booths set up at the venue.
Part II: Information Session
From 6:30pm There will be a series of talks offering useful information about the university, its facilities and support programmes, as well as important advice on health and safety.
The information will be presented in English in the main hall, and in Japanese in meeting room 1. Both sessions will take place simultaneously and students are welcome to attend either one. Attendance is compulsory.
