Tohoku University's Career Support Office will host a job fair on May 16.

This in-person event on Kawauchi campus will be an opportunity to connect with or hear from about 148 companies who are actively recruiting domestic and international staff. Students who are interested in working in Japan after graduation are encouraged to participate.

There will be two sessions with different companies scheduled for each session. Students can connect with up to six companies per session.

Summer Open Company Day
Date: May 16, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Venue: Kawauchi Gymnasium on the Kawauchi-Kita Campus (map)
Language: Mainly Japanese
There is no official dress code, but students should dress appropriately.

This event is free and open to all Tohoku University students. Registration is appreciated for planning purposes, but students can still join the event on the day even if they don't register in advance.
