The Tohoku Forum for Creativity is hosting an interdisciplinary forum and workshop on "Non-verbal Communication Through Body Movements." Researchers and community members are invited to join the free activities that connect artistic practices with scientific studies. No prior experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.
The two-day interactive workshop will explore the connection between mind and body, in individuals, in pairs and in groups. Two professional dancers will lead the sessions, to help participants experience and consider creative forms of non-verbal communication.
