Tohoku University's International Research Institute of Disaster Science (IRIDeS) and the APRU Multi-Hazards Program are hosting a "webinar" to discuss how lessons learnt from other major disasters can be applied to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The international panel of speakers will share their experiences and thoughts on the response and recovery efforts so far, from UN agencies, governments, the private sector and academia.
The 90-minute event is open to the public, but registration is required.
