Job Description
The professor will belong to the Research Institute of Electrical Communication and conduct research there. In addition, they will engage in teaching and supervising students in the Department of Electrical, Information and Physics Engineering at both the School of Engineering and the Graduate School of Engineering.

Qualifications
The applicant must hold a doctoral degree and have excellent research achievements and skills in their field of specialization. Regardless of nationality, the applicant must have the ability to communicate effectively with faculty staff and students and provide guidance to students.

- A list of research and educational achievements, including original journal papers, conference papers (clearly indicating whether they were refereed or non-refereed), invited talks (domestic/international), tutorials, books, patents, awards, educational activities, academic society activities, past and current research grants (including the amount and the applicant's role in each grant), and other achievements. All achievements must be categorized as listed above.
- Electricronic files of the major 5 research papers, and their summaries (about 100 words for each).
- A summary of the applicant's past research work in about two A4-sized pages, in which reference numbers from the list of research articles in (2) are cited. Figures and tables may also be included.
- The applicant's plan for education and research in about one A4-sized page.
- The names of two persons who can provide references for the applicant's activities, and their affiliation, position, and contact details (mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address).
