Tanaka Nights: A Culinary Journey Around the World

For five nights this summer, Tohoku University students can enjoy traditional and home-style dishes from around the world for just 300 yen each.

As part of the Tanaka Nights project, Sky Kawauchi Forest dining hall will offer a rotation of dishes from countries and regions such as China, Latin America, West Africa, Argentina, Finland, Australia, Germany, Korea and North America.

Each meal offered on July 6, 8, 10, 14 and 16 will comprise two dishes, with Halal and vegan options also available. Please check the menu below for details.

A student ID or University Co-op app is required.

As with the popular 100-yen Breakfast, Brain Doughnuts and the recent bagel campaigns, this dinner event is made possible by a generous donation from the Tanaka Memorial Foundation through the Tohoku University Fund.
