As a follow up to its initial analysis and report on the February 6 earthquake in southern Turkey and Syria, Tohoku University's International Research Institute of Disaster Science (IRIDeS) will be hosting another seminar to discuss the latest developments.
Experts from Japan, the UK and Turkey will share information about the damage, mechanisms and strategies for recovery, as well as plans for reconstruction and how to "build back better."
This English language online event is free and open to anyone who is interested. Early registration is required.
