The PhDC office is set to conduct a seminar focusing on vital tips for successful job hunting, specifically tailored for Ph.D. candidates and postdocs. The session will explore key aspects such as variations in job search timing, salary structures, tenure within a single company, and the significance of Japanese language skills.
Furthermore, the discussion will shed light on industry expectations for Ph.D. graduates, underscoring the importance of strong research skills, as well as proficient communication and teamwork capabilities.
All enrolled Ph.D. candidates and postdocs at Tohoku University are strongly encouraged to participate.
