Emergency Student Fund for Continued Studies - Applications Now Open

This program is aimed at students who are living independently and struggling financially to continue their studies because their income from part-time employment has dropped since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Such students are eligible - upon application and screening - to receive a cash payment from the government.

Two-step Application Process

Step 1:
Submit the online application form using DCMail.
Deadline: June 3, 2020
Students should submit the online application form as soon as possible, before sending the supporting documents by post. This is to facilitate the screening process.

Step 2:
Submit the required supporting documents by post.
Deadline: June 10, 2020 (Postmarked)
After submitting the online application, students must print out the forms below (direct download), and send them together with the supporting documents specified in the online application.
