Events

The Tohoku University Japanese Programme (TUJP) is usually a popular summer exchange. But for winter and spring 2023/24, three additional two-week programmes will be offered.

There will be one online and two in-person programmes, and each will include an intensive Japanese language course, cultural activities and the chance to interact with local Tohoku University students.

TUJP Winter #1 (Online via Zoom)

Academic Japanese Programme for Intermediate Learners
Dates: November 6 - 17, 2023
Application deadline: September 29
This is open to students from partner and non-partner universities.

TUJP Winter #2 (In person)

Dates: December 6 - 19, 2023
Application deadline: September 5
This is open to students from partner universities only.

TUJP Spring (In person)

Dates: February 28 - March 12, 2024
Application deadline: November 20
