The exhibition room at the Cyberscience Center was set up to inform people about the history of computer technology development. This room displays the parts, units and cabinets of historical computers including the units of a parametron computer jointly developed by Tohoku University and NEC in the early stages of computer development. In 2010, the exhibition room was designated as s Satellite Museum of Historical Computers by the Information Processing Society of Japan.
